A shared video has attracted the attention of the online community when the Komodo dragon calmly swallowed a turtle to the horror of viewers. The video begins with the Komodo dragon sniffing the carcass of a sea turtle lying on the sand, and silently approaching.
As a species that can both eat raw meat and eat carrion, Komodo dragons are not picky. It immediately grabbed the turtle’s nose, and managed to find a way to get it into its mouth.
It can be seen that the mouth size of the Komodo dragon is much smaller than that of any turtle. However, fortunately, they have a terrifying bite force.
