In the midst of the scorching heat in the dry season in Africa, the wild elephants were lucky to find a small lake.
Immediately, they rush to quench their thirst as well as take a cool bath to relieve the itchiness and discomfort caused by parasites that always cling to the body.
Notably, in this herd of elephants there is a baby elephant who has just been born for a few months and he also followed his mother to the lake.
Due to inexperience in life, the baby elephant did not hesitate to plunge into the lake, despite all possible dangers. That made the mother elephant have to work very hard to bring it to the shore.
Meanwhile, two hippos taking a dip in this lake mistakenly believe the mother elephant attacked her baby. So one of the hippos came forward to take a closer look at the situation.
Fearing that the hippo might harm her baby, the mother elephant immediately attacked the two hippos. It even called on the herd to join forces to make the opponent “cross his neck” to run away.
After a few minutes of chasing, the elephants finally “pardoned” the two hippos. Meanwhile, the “naughty” baby elephant also found its way ashore with the elephants to continue its journey to find a new food source.
