Moose have long legs, a humped back, and a bulbous snout. Both males and females have antlers, but the antlers of males are much larger and more elaborate, spanning up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) across.
Elk regularly face hunting wolves and grizzly bears. Battles continued and the elk learned to defend itself to save its cubs from a hungry grizzly bear.
A grizzly bear is hunting and its meal today is a newborn moose. The mother elk and her cubs had to flee into a lake.
The bear is still determined to get a meal and rushes out to attack the newborn elk. Immediately, the mother elk rushed over and taught the grizzly a lesson.
The mother elk chased the grizzly away into the distance and then safely returned to its cubs.
A special life-and-death moment and motherly love won.
